LMI Milton Roy Liquitron DR5000 ORP Controller — 115V

The Liquitron DR5000 monitors oxidation-reduction potential (ORP / redox) and controls chemical metering pumps for oxidizing- or reducing-agent dosing. Its backlit LCD provides operating and alarm information, while adjustable setpoints, response delays and run-limit timers help operators configure the chemical-feed process.

Controller only. Electrode, probe cable assembly and installation fittings are sold separately. Choose the pump-control connection below, then contact Water Treatment Resource for help selecting the required inline or submersible probe package.

Choose Your Pump-Control Output

• A — On/Off: Switches compatible pump power using relay outputs. The 115V version includes a 6-foot grounded power cord and two 1-foot output cords with grounded receptacles for pumps.
• B — Proportional pulse, legacy LMI: Select for the compatible B7, C7, B9 and C9 pump connections identified in the model-selection chart. Includes proportional output cables.
• C — Proportional pulse, compatible newer LMI: Select for the compatible AD9, PD7 and other specified LMI pump connections. Includes the corresponding proportional output cables.

Proportional control uses pulse signals to a compatible pump. Please confirm the complete pump model and connector before ordering a proportional version. A pulse-output connection is different from the optional 4–20 mA recorder output.

Probe and Installation Selection

A complete installation requires a suitable ORP electrode and cable assembly. Inline installations also need compatible mounting fittings or a tee. Probe materials, cable arrangement and installation method must match the application. Pumps, electrodes, probe cables, mounting tees, manifolds and external switches are not included in this controller-only listing.
