Pulsafeeder PULSAtron Series A Plus Chemical Metering Pump

The Pulsafeeder LBS2SA-WTCJ-XXX PULSAtron Series A Plus is a solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pump for controlled chemical dosing. This 115 VAC model delivers up to 12 gallons per day (0.50 GPH / 1.9 LPH) at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI (17 bar).

Dual manual controls let you adjust both stroke rate and stroke length to set the chemical feed output for your application. The PVC pump head and fittings, PTFE (Teflon) seats and O-rings, and ceramic valve balls define this model's liquid-end configuration. Features and Operation

Separate stroke rate and stroke length adjustments provide control over dosing output. The Series A Plus uses an electronic timing circuit and a thermally protected solenoid with automatic reset. Its water-resistant housing supports indoor and outdoor applications, while guided ball check valves help limit backflow and support priming.

The bleed valve helps release air during priming. The series is rated for continuous-duty service, with few moving parts to simplify maintenance.

Applications and Selection

Use this model for chemical feed duties that fall within its capacity and pressure ratings and are compatible with its wetted materials. Confirm the chemical, concentration, operating conditions, and required dosing rate when selecting a pump. Contact Water Treatment Resource for 230-volt options or PVDF liquid ends for acid applications.
