Pulsafeeder PULSAtron Series MP Chemical Metering Pump

The Pulsafeeder LMB2TA-PTCJ-XXX PULSAtron Series MP is a microprocessor-controlled diaphragm metering pump for chemical feed systems requiring programmable output and integration with external control signals. This 115 VAC model delivers up to 5 gallons per day (0.21 GPH / 0.8 LPH) at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI (17 bar).

The backlit graphical LCD and membrane keypad provide access to operating settings and status information. Automatic control accepts scalable 4–20 mA or reverse 20–4 mA input signals, and external pulse pacing supports a stop function. Adjustable stroke length and frequency provide additional flexibility when setting the chemical feed rate.

Control Features

Programmable functions include timed dosing sequences, pulse multiplication or division, and flow totalization. Displayed flow units can be selected as GPD, GPH, or LPH. Status and alarm functions help operators identify conditions such as signal loss, pulse overflow, or an excessive pulse rate.

This TA model has a signal-level output relay. The separate 4–20 mA output option for remote indication of pump speed is available on differently configured models and is not included with this TA configuration.
