Neptune QC-316-75 High-Pressure Injection Quill

The Neptune QC-316-75 is a heavy-duty 3/4" injection quill engineered for high-volume chemical dispersal into high-pressure water or steam lines. Designed to protect your infrastructure, this quill ensures that water treatment chemicals are injected into the center of the process stream. This critical placement prevents concentrated chemical "wall travel," which is the leading cause of localized corrosion and pipe thinning in industrial systems.

Durable Material Engineering The QC-316-75 is built to perform in extreme mechanical room environments. It features a rugged 316 Stainless Steel body paired with an internal Hastelloy C-276 spring-loaded ball check. This combination provides superior resistance to thermal stress and chemical attack, ensuring the check valve maintains a positive seal even after long-term exposure to aggressive boiler chemistries.

Technical Specifications:

Process Connection: 3/4" Male NPT
Body Material: 316 Stainless Steel
Spring Material: Hastelloy C (C-276) for maximum corrosion resistance
Maximum Pressure: 3,000 PSI
Maximum Temperature: 750°F
Check Valve: Integrated ball-check to prevent process backflow
The Water Treatment Resource Advantage: In high-output boiler systems, standard stainless steel springs can suffer from stress-corrosion cracking. The QC-316-75 utilizes a Hastelloy C spring to provide significantly higher reliability and a longer service life. This unit is the preferred choice for facilities requiring a robust 3/4" injection point for high-temperature and high-pressure chemical feeds.
