Neptune QC-316-50 High-Pressure Injection Quill
The Neptune QC-316-50 is a professional-grade 1/2" injection quill designed for the rapid dispersal of water treatment chemicals into the turbulent flow zones of high-pressure lines. By injecting chemicals into the center of the pipe stream, this quill prevents corrosive wall travel and localized pipe thinning, significantly extending the life of your steam and boiler piping.
Advanced Chemical Compatibility Engineered for reliability, the QC-316-50 features a full 316 Stainless Steel body and an integrated Hastelloy C-276 spring-loaded ball check. This high-spec material combination ensures the check valve remains functional even when exposed to aggressive boiler chemistries and extreme thermal cycling. The use of Hastelloy C for the internal spring provides a superior level of protection against stress-corrosion cracking compared to standard alloy springs.
