The Pulsafeeder LVH7SA-WTSK-XXX PULSAtron Series HV is a solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pump designed for controlled dosing of viscous chemicals. This 115 VAC model delivers up to 240 gallons per day (10.0 GPH / 37.9 LPH) at a maximum pressure of 80 PSI.

Separate manual adjustments for stroke rate and stroke length let you set the feed output to suit the application. This configuration combines a PVC head and fittings with PTFE seats and O-rings and 316 stainless steel valve balls. The Series HV is designed for fluids with viscosities up to 20,000 cP. Features and Operation

Dual manual output adjustments provide flexibility when setting the chemical feed rate. The electronic timing circuit includes protection against electrical disturbances, and the solenoid has thermal overload protection with automatic reset. Panel-mounted indicator lights support operation, while the water-resistant housing is suited to indoor and outdoor applications.

Guided ball check valves help limit backflow. The Series HV is rated for continuous-duty service and uses a sealless liquid end.

Installation and Control Selection

Flooded suction installation is required. Plan the tank and pump arrangement accordingly when setting up a high-viscosity dosing system. No bleed valve is available on this configuration.

This SA model is manually controlled.
