Stenner E20PHJ Econ FP Flow-Activated Metering Pump

The Stenner E20PHJ is a compact peristaltic pump for low-output chemical feed in residential well-water treatment and other light-duty applications. It delivers an approximate maximum of 24 GPD at up to 80 PSI and responds to a compatible water meter, control valve, or flow switch, helping match chemical feed to system operation.

Three Operating Modes

• Seconds: A dry-contact pulse starts a programmed run time, suitable for use with a compatible pulse-output water meter or control valve.
• Auxiliary: A 12–24 VAC/VDC control signal runs the pump at the selected speed while the signal is present.
• Flow Switch: A dry contact from a compatible two-wire flow switch runs the pump at the selected speed while the contact remains active.

Features and Applications

A backlit LCD and six-button keypad provide access to operating modes and settings, with an automatic keypad lock to help prevent unintended changes. The self-priming peristaltic design handles off-gassing solutions without vapor lock, while the quick-release pump head allows tube replacement without tools. Its enclosed housing supports wall mounting and indoor or outdoor installation according to Stenner's instructions.

The E20PHJ is suited to small-dose applications such as drinking-water disinfection or pH adjustment when the selected chemical and required output are compatible with the pump. Output figures are approximate; field calibration is needed to establish actual delivery under operating conditions.
