Have a question?
Pulsafeeder GreenLine DM7H PVDF Metering Pump
Compare the six motor/control and leak detection configurations below, then call or email for a freight quote before ordering. Each configuration has its own manufacturer part number and price. The GreenLine DM7H is rated for 634 GPH (2400 LPH) at up to 73 PSI (5 bar), with a PVDF liquid end and ceramic check balls. It provides mechanically driven dual-head diaphragm dosing for industrial chemical-feed applications.
Freight Quote Required Before Ordering
This heavy pump ships by freight. Please call 954-530-7503 or email watertreatmentresource@gmail.com for a freight quote before placing your order. Provide the delivery ZIP code, commercial or residential address type, and whether a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service is needed. Manufacturer Lead Time
This is a built-to-order pump, typically shipping directly from the factory in approximately two weeks, plus carrier transit time. Lead times and expedited availability depend on the selected configuration and current factory schedule.
Choose Your Motor / Control Package
- Single-phase - manual adjustment: Includes a 1.50 HP, TEFC, NEMA 143/145TC motor rated 115/230V, single-phase, 60 Hz. The motor runs at fixed speed; adjust pump output using the manual stroke-length control. A VFD is not included.
- Three-phase - VFD ready: Includes a 1.50 HP, TEFC, NEMA 143/145TC motor rated 230/460V, three-phase, 60 Hz. A compatible external variable-frequency drive can provide speed control. The drive is not included.
- VFD included: Includes the three-phase motor and variable-frequency drive package with 10:1 speed control. The manufacturer brochure specifies single-phase input to this drive package; select and wire the supply according to the supplied drive's nameplate and instructions.
Manual stroke-length adjustment is provided on all six configurations. TEFC means totally enclosed, fan cooled; NEMA 143/145TC identifies the motor mounting frame.
Choose Leak Detection
No leak detection is the standard single-diaphragm configuration. With leak detection adds a double-diaphragm assembly, pressure gauge, and switch for monitoring diaphragm integrity. The switch is rated for 24 VDC, 0.5 amp maximum. Alarm or shutdown operation requires appropriate external wiring and controls.
